Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

"8k811" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our"

Refers to the 8k811 online gaming platform, accessible at https://8k811.app, and the entity operating it under PAGCOR-compliant guidelines.

"User" / "You" / "Your" / "Player"

Refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 8k811 platform in any capacity.

"Account"

Refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the 8k811 platform, which is required to access real-money gaming features.

"Games"

Refers to all gaming products available on the 8k811 platform, including but not limited to live dealer games, slot games, bingo, sports betting, and any other wagering products.

"Bonus" / "Promotion"

Refers to any free credits, deposit match offers, cashback arrangements, free spins, or other incentive programs offered by 8k811 to Players from time to time.

"Wagering Requirement"

Refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from that Bonus may be withdrawn.

"KYC" (Know Your Customer)

Refers to the identity verification process required by 8k811 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.

"PAGCOR"

Refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

By accessing the 8k811 website, creating an Account, or using any feature of the 8k811 platform — including browsing the game lobby, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 8k811 platform, whether registered or unregistered. If you are accessing 8k811 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.

8k811 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

To register and use the 8k811 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. 8k811 strictly enforces this age requirement and will request identity documents to verify your age during the KYC process.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 8k811, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 8k811 or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have had a previous 8k811 Account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

8k811 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 8k811 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering your 8k811 Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. 8k811 will never ask you for your password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other platform or service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 8k811 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

8k811 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance.

8k811 accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Filipino players:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Debit card

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your Account verification status and the payment method used. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 8k811 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

Deposits are generally credited to your 8k811 Account balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. 8k811 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network issues outside our control.

All transactions on the 8k811 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 8k811 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion service is offered on the platform.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your 8k811 Account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete the KYC verification process. This involves submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card) and a selfie for identity confirmation. KYC verification is a one-time requirement unless 8k811 requests updated documentation for compliance purposes.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically within 5–30 minutes of approval
• Bank transfer: 1–3 banking business days
• Debit card: 1–5 banking business days

8k811 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals may be declined or placed on hold if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Winnings derived from Bonus funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw Bonus-derived winnings before satisfying Wagering Requirements will result in the forfeiture of those winnings.

8k811 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus rules applicable to all 8k811 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Players only. 8k811 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion only once, unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonuses that expire before Wagering Requirements are met will be forfeited.
• 8k811 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus already credited to a Player's Account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirements.

All games available on the 8k811 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

8k811 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 8k811 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any wagers placed during the affected round will be refunded to the Player's Account balance. 8k811's decision in such matters is final.

Bets placed and accepted by the 8k811 system are binding. Players may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been confirmed. 8k811 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, or placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8k811 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with any 8k811 employee to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the 8k811 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 8k811 platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8k811 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

8k811 employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with relevant Philippine authorities, including PAGCOR, in investigating suspected illegal activity. 8k811 reserves the right to report any suspected criminal conduct to the appropriate authorities.

8k811 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Players with the tools and information they need to keep their gaming activity safe and enjoyable. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 8k811 Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8k811 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 8k811 content without prior written consent.
• Use any 8k811 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any 8k811 content or software.
• Use data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the 8k811 platform.

Any unauthorized use of 8k811 intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the 8k811 platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the details provided in Section 16.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8k811 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 8k811 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the 8k811 platform or any game.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software bugs that have been promptly corrected by 8k811.

8k811's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8k811 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 8k811's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

You may close your 8k811 Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

8k811 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 8k811 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of your Account would expose 8k811 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• You are found to be ineligible to use the platform under Section 3 of these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, 8k811 reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, including real-money funds, pending investigation and resolution of the breach. 8k811 will notify you of any forfeiture decision and the reasons for it.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 8k811 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate a dispute by contacting 8k811 customer support with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. 8k811 operates under PAGCOR-compliant guidelines, and certain disputes may be subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall be conducted in the English language and in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8k811 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 8k811 will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address or mobile number, where reasonably practicable.

The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 8k811 platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.

8k811 recommends that you review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect your rights and obligations as a Player.
